Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of catering operations, from planning and coordination to execution and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality catering experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all catering operations and events Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized catering solutions. Prepare menus in collaboration with chefs, considering customer preferences and budget. Oversee food preparation, service, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Manage catering staff including hiring, training, and scheduling. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability of events. Handle client feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
