Coordinate order fulfillment between vendors and clients to ensure timely, complete deliveries. Ensure all orders are delivered smoothly, without delays or issues. Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage related documentation. Maintain Sheffy’s quality and packaging standards across all vendor deliveries. Communicate client complaints to relevant vendors promptly via the community manager. Oversee operations staff: assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor performance, and conduct training. Assist with end-to-end execution of events/pop-ups: Coordinate internally for seamless operations. Align all vendors and ensure readiness for the event. Provide operational, logistical, and material support as needed. Generate bi-weekly reports to identify performance issues, sales dips, and improvement areas. Track and report on operational KPIs and ROI against set goals. Implement checklists, resolve complaints, and share daily reports with senior management.

Client Engagement (Telephonic & In-Person)Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound leads promptly. Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations/tastings with clients to showcase Sheffy’s offerings. Understand client needs (budget, cuisine preference, event size) and recommend tailored menu/solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability. Provide excellent after-sales service to build loyalty and repeat orders. 3. Relationship ManagementMaintain regular touchpoints with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell Sheffy’s services. Build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted food solutions advisor. Collect and act on feedback to improve client satisfaction. Sales Reporting & TargetsAchieve individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM/sales trackers. Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, competition, and client preferences.
