Job Title: Field Supervisor – QSCs Management, Operations & Logistics Location: Ahmedabad Department: Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee the operations of multiple QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) outlets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across units, maintaining quality standards (QSC – Quality, Service, Cleanliness), managing logistics and inventory, coordinating manpower, and ensuring SOP compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: Monitor daily operations of assigned outlets to ensure SOP adherence. Conduct routine audits for hygiene, food safety, service standards, and infrastructure upkeep. Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues when required. 2. QSC Oversight: Ensure all units maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). Implement feedback mechanisms and customer satisfaction surveys. Provide training and retraining on QSC parameters to outlet staff. 3. Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate timely supply of raw materials and packaging across outlets. Manage vendor coordination for procurement and deliveries. Track stock consumption and report discrepancies/pilferage. 4. Staff Supervision: Schedule and oversee daily work shifts of outlet teams. Monitor discipline, grooming, and performance of field staff. Assist in recruiting and onboarding of ground staff. 5. Reporting & Communication: Submit daily/weekly reports on outlet performance, sales, and issues. Liaise with central kitchen, warehouse, and senior management teams. Maintain documentation on compliance, audits, and incident reports. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of QSR operations and food handling protocols Good understanding of supply chain/logistics in the F&B space Ability to travel extensively and work in a field-based role Tech-savvy (Excel, POS systems, field reporting tools, etc.) Qualifications: l Graduate in Hospitality / Business / Supply Chain or relevant field l 2–4 years of experience in QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Food Retail Operations
