About the Role

As a Category Manager – Fashion you will lead the development, growth, and profitability of our fashion category across online channels. This role will focus on building a strong and affordable fashion assortment, managing vendor relationships, driving demand through merchandising and campaigns, and owning the category P&L.

What you will be doing

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the fashion category (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories).
• Identify gaps in assortment and onboard the right brands, vendors, and local/regional suppliers.
• Own the fashion category P&L – pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor offerings to refine category strategy.
• Work closely with marketing teams to drive fashion-specific campaigns and increase visibility.
• Collaborate with operations & supply chain to ensure smooth availability and fulfillment.
• Build seasonal plans (festivals, sales, regional events) to drive category demand.
• Continuously track and optimize category performance using data and analytics.
  

What we would like to see in you

• 3–5 years of experience in category management for Fashion/E-commerce/Retail/Quick Commerce.
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail, consumer preferences, and regional buying behavior.
• Proven ability to manage supplier/vendor negotiations and build long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, sales numbers, and margins.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – ability to work with marketing, design, ops, and SuperK supply chain teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and build playbooks from scratch.
