Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop & execute sourcing strategies

  aligned with business goals.



• Manage supplier relationships

  to optimize quality, cost, and delivery.



• Lead cross-functional teams

  for supply chain improvements & efficiency.



• Ensure ESG compliance & trade regulations

  in supplier selection.



• Oversee contracts & fair business practices

  with suppliers.



• Drive localization efforts & procurement strategies

  for EMS/electronics.



• Track & optimize supply chain performance

  , ensuring on-time delivery.



• Conduct market analysis & implement cost-saving initiatives

  .

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering

  or equivalent.



• 8 10 years of experience

  in procurement or engineering projects in EMS/electronics.



• Experience with China & Indian EMS suppliers

  .



• Proficiency in Smartsheet & collaboration tools

  .



• Certified Project Manager

  preferred.



• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

  .



• Ability to manage multiple projects, forecast completion timelines & lead teams

  .



• Fluent in English; ability to read engineering documents in Chinese

  .

Key Commodities to Handle - EMS /Electronics/ Contract manufacturing of Rack UPS and other local/Import Electronics /Electrical Commodity.
