Lead a vendor-relations team to build strategic partnerships and secure favourable terms for customers.
Identify and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, transaction growth, and category profitability.
• Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve success across all functions.
• Set clear goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the team effectively tracks progress towards objectives
