Category Head (UPSC/PSC)

We are looking for a Category Head – UPSC/PSC who will own and drive the entire strategy, content, and growth for India’s most aspirational exam segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the UPSC/PSC vertical
• Own the P&L, revenue targets, and ROI of the category
• Curate, review, and expand high-quality study materials (notes, test series, mentorship programs)
• Build partnerships with top educators, institutes, and subject matter experts
• Oversee regional language adaptation and ensure curriculum alignment
• Lead a team of content creators, editors, and academic associates
• Mentor and collaborate with external educators and coaching partners
• Work with marketing teams to design campaigns, webinars, and workshops
• Drive student engagement through Telegram/YouTube communities, influencer collaborations, and “Toppers Club” initiatives
• Use analytics and exam trends to optimize product relevance
• Continuously improve offerings to maximize student success rates

Requirements:

• UPSC/PSC background (either as a mentor, content head, or ex-aspirant with deep domain knowledge)
• Strong academic orientation with passion for student success
• Experience in managing educational content/products at scale
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive growth and lead teams
• Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
