**Job Description:** As an Ecommerce Catalog Manager at Shuru App, your role involves end-to-end product listing management on the Commerce platform. Success in this position means coordinating with internal teams and external contacts to resolve issues related to listings, product approvals, content updates, pricing, and images. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product listings with correct pricing, descriptions, and specifications, as well as creating, updating, and optimizing listings in bulk via flat files. Tracking live listings and ensuring timely updates for out-of-stock items, pricing changes, and product launches are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, identifying listing errors or issues and proactively working on resolutions are key responsibilities. Collaboration with warehouse, design, and operations teams to collect product-related information and assets for seamless uploads is also part of your job scope. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end product listing management on Shuru App's Commerce platform - Coordinating with internal teams and external contacts to resolve listing issues - Maintaining accurate product listings with correct pricing, descriptions, and specifications - Creating, updating, and optimizing listings in bulk via flat files - Tracking live listings and ensuring timely updates for out-of-stock items, pricing changes, and product launches - Identifying listing errors or issues and proactively working on resolutions - Collaborating with warehouse, design, and operations teams for product-related information and assets **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Catalog Management - Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, and Bulk Upload templates - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible - Proactive and capable of independently handling tasks in a high-pressure environment,
