As a Catalog Associate within RBS, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and boosting sales through your expertise in product lifecycle management on the Amazon website.Key job responsibilitiesFollow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform audit tasks to meet required level of accuracy and productivity.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to work independently while using guidelines and SOPs
- Ability to make logical decisions while auditing tasks and dealing with ambiguity
- Thoroughly check product details to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data
- Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns to dive business results.
- Provide feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.
- Review multiple sources to validate catalog data when needed.
- Identify patterns in browse and audit to be translated into guidelines and SOPs to improve overall audit outcome
- Must be flexible to meet business requirements.

By ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date product information, you'll help customers make informed purchasing decisions and reduce potential issues related to product expectations.
Skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Typing skill of 40 wpm with 100% accuracy
- Preferably a domain expert

- Operate in the system with the speed and accuracy necessary to meet departmental standards
- Handle stressful situations
- Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
A day in the lifeUnder general supervision, performs variety of tasks in populating/procuring content for the product catalogs on the Amazon Web Site. Duties may include, content creation, population of content from various sources (including research on the internet), interacting/coordinating with vendor/manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed etc.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Knowledge of Python/SQL/VBA
