Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Cashier Responsibilities

  • Handle cash, cheque, UPI, credit/debit card transactions from customers.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations accurately.
  • Maintain daily cash register, tally cash at end of day, and prepare cash reports.
  • Deposit daily cash collections in the bank as per dealership guidelines.
  • Assist customers at billing counter with queries related to payments or invoices.
  • Maintain petty cash and record expenses properly.

2. Accounts & Finance Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify sales invoices, service invoices, and spare parts billing.
  • Record entries in accounting software (Tally etc.).
  • Reconcile cash, bank, and customer ledger balances.
  • Support accounts team in GST filings, vendor payments, and other financial documentation.
  • Assist in month-end closing, tallying accounts, and preparing financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate files for receipts, vouchers, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments for financial validations.

3. Customer Handling & Front Desk Support

  • Provide polite and professional customer service at the billing counter.
  • Guide customers on payment options and billing procedures.
  • Resolve minor billing issues or escalate complex issues to the Accounts Manager.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation as per company policy and audit requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and customer information.
  • Follow dealership SOPs and support internal/external audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
