Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
Provide accurate information regarding vehicle features, servicing, warranties, and accessories.
Assist customers in booking service appointments and test drives.

Issue Resolution

Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the service, sales, and technical teams for quick resolution of issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure problems are fully resolved.

Service Coordination

Update customers on service status, job card details, and delivery timelines.
Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and workshop/service center.

Customer Satisfaction

Conduct post-service and post-purchase follow-up calls.
Collect customer feedback and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Promote extended warranties, service packages, and other value-added services.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily MIS reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Maintain logs of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
