Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Cashier

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restaurant or hotel industry and will be responsible for managing all cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions using POS systems
Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately
Ensure cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow company policies regarding cash handling and safety procedures
Maintain records of transactions and report discrepancies, if any

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of cashier experience in a restaurant or hotel
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills:

Basic math and computer skills
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Language: Basic English required; additional languages a plus
Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary & Benefits
