Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers politely and handle billing at the counter or POS system.
Generate customer bills accurately and ensure correct application of discounts, offers, or taxes.
Collect payments (cash, card, UPI, wallet, etc.) and issue proper receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized cash counter at all times.
Ensure daily cash reconciliation and handover to the Restaurant Manager or Accounts team.
Maintain proper records of bills, void bills, and cash handovers.
Handle customer queries related to billing and payment professionally.
Support order-taking, packaging, or customer coordination during peak hours if required.
Follow company policies for cash handling, record maintenance, and customer service.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for deposit slips and daily sales reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
