Job Title : FLS ole Overview: We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Field Sales professionals to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate or B2C sales, with a passion for engaging customers, generating leads, and closing sales in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through field visits, outdoor promotions, channel partners, and networking. Client Engagement: Meet potential customers in-person, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate project features and USPs. Site Visits: Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers; provide detailed project walkthroughs. Sales Closure: Negotiate deals, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely closure of sales. Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with leads and clients to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Update CRM systems with lead data and provide daily/weekly sales reports to management. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, CRM, and customer service teams for seamless customer experience. Desired Candidate Profile: 6 to 10 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or similar B2C industries. Two Wheeler is Mandate (Male Candidate Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling ability. Willingness to travel within the city and conduct regular field visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
