Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive specializing in Software Sales for POS Billing Machines and RanceLab ERP Software, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a dynamic and customer-centric manner. Your role will involve conducting field visits, generating leads, and promoting the sale of various POS billing machines and software solutions tailored for retail sectors such as restaurants, sweet shops, grocery stores, and apparel outlets. You will play a crucial role in explaining the features of the products, establishing robust client relationships, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include regularly visiting clients to uncover new business prospects, advocating for and selling POS hardware and RanceLab billing software, understanding the unique requirements of each client's business, delivering customized billing solutions, effectively demonstrating the functionalities of the products, nurturing positive relationships with clients, gathering feedback and market insights to enhance service delivery, and maintaining detailed records of visits and client interactions. Industries that you will primarily target in this role include restaurants, cafes, sweet shops, bakeries, grocery and kirana stores, supermarkets, garment and apparel shops, as well as retail chains. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum educational qualification of 10th/12th/Graduation, be aged not exceeding 30 years, demonstrate good communication and presentation skills, showcase a willingness to travel extensively for field visits, and exhibit strong customer handling and negotiation capabilities. While prior field sales or retail software experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Upon joining the team, you will receive comprehensive training covering product knowledge related to both hardware and RanceLab software, sales pitch techniques, lead management strategies, and on-field support for initial client visits.
