Job Description

A leading Bank is looking for CASA sales Field officers for Mumbai Location.

Job Summary

The CASA Sales Officer is responsible for sourcing new customers and selling current and savings accounts. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term relationships with customers to achieve branch targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new CASA (Current and Savings Account) customers through field sales, cold calls, and lead follow-up.
Generate leads through various activities like market visits, reference sourcing, and networking.
Explain product features and benefits to potential customers and guide them through the account opening process.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory norms.
Maintain relationships with customers for cross-selling other financial products (e.g., FD, RD, insurance, loans).
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any account-related queries or issues.
Update sales and activity reports to the team leader/branch manager on a regular basis.
