The role involves generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term relationships with customers to achieve branch targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Acquire new CASA (Current and Savings Account) customers through field sales, cold calls, and lead follow-up. Generate leads through various activities like market visits, reference sourcing, and networking. Explain product features and benefits to potential customers and guide them through the account opening process. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory norms. Maintain relationships with customers for cross-selling other financial products (e.g., FD, RD, insurance, loans). Provide excellent customer service and resolve any account-related queries or issues. Update sales and activity reports to the team leader/branch manager on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects. Explain project details, investment opportunities, and property benefits to prospective buyers. Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert inquiries into site visits and sales. Coordinate with sales/relationship managers for scheduling client meetings and site visits. Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM/database regularly. Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion, and sales targets. Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales/Marketing background). 1- 3 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Fluency in Hindi and basic English (local Hisar dialect familiarity is advantageous). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
