Role Overview: CareerTalks is a strategic career enablement initiative designed to assist professionals in gaining clarity, direction, and momentum in their careers. As the individual responsible for overseeing CareerTalks as a focused business line, your primary objective is to educate individuals on the importance of career support and to ensure a seamless, high-impact experience for every participant. This role requires a proactive approach to building and shaping the growth of this initiative, one step at a time, person by person. Key Responsibilities: - Champion the Program: Connect with potential candidates who could benefit from CareerTalks. Provide guidance with empathy, demonstrate the value of structured career enablement, and lead them through our process. - Client Onboarding & Experience: Develop and manage a consistent journey from the initial interaction to ongoing delivery, ensuring each interaction is personalized and of high quality. - Structure & Operations: Establish internal systems and checklists for scheduling, client updates, CRM practices, and delivery coordination. - Growth Mindset: Continuously explore better ways to reach the target audience, enhance participant experiences, and expand the program's reach. - Collaborate & Improve: Collaborate closely with founders and consultants, gather feedback, refine offerings, and explore initiatives to enhance the program. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in business operations, growth, or client engagement roles, preferably in education, consulting, or people-focused services. - Strong empathy and communication skills, with the ability to understand career challenges and connect genuinely with individuals. - Process-oriented individual with a proactive approach and a focus on continuous improvement. - Demonstrates intelligence, curiosity, and enthusiasm towards taking ownership of a growing and evolving initiative.
