Job Overview:

This is a leadership role responsible for strengthening corporate partnerships, guiding student career readiness, and driving strong placement outcomes across the university. You’ll lead key initiatives that connect students with meaningful opportunities and ensure industry expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate outreach and build long-term industry partnerships.

• Oversee the full placement and internship process across programs.

• Guide teams handling student preparation, employer engagement, and operations.

• Mentor students on soft skills, interview readiness, and career pathways.

• Ensure strong outcomes across placements, internships, higher education, family business roles, and startups.

• Represent the university at industry events and networking forums.
