Job Description

Position: Executive/ AM / Manager - Legal

Experience: 2-5 Years

Work Location: Pune

Qualification: LLB/LLM (From reputed college/university)

Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

To independently provide advice, opine, review, draft, execute and negotiate different agreements pertaining to the business of the company with internal and external counterparties.
Provide litigation support and advice, engage with external counsels in India and abroad.
Provide support to the IP team in terms of searches, opinions etc.
Take care of drafting and execution of the legal documents in compliance with all applicable laws including provisions relating to stamp duty.
Having a working knowledge of general corporate and commercial laws, labor laws and laws relating to the pharma industry ex the Drugs & Cosmetic Act will be an advantage.

Key skills:

Fluent in speaking and writing English.
MS office and basic skills
Taking initiative/ Go getter
