What You’ll Do

guiding students for admissions, helping them understand career pathways, and driving conversions through sales via calling.

• Make outbound & inbound calls to students to discuss career goals and academic interests
  

• Help students understand courses, colleges, exams, and future career outcomes
  

• Provide personalised recommendations based on student strengths and preferences
  

• Build rapport and trust through clear, structured conversations
  

• Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
  

• Convert interested queries into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion
  

• Maintain CRM logs, call histories, and follow-up schedules
  

• Work closely with counselling & operations teams to ensure smooth transition into admissions
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
  

• Ability to explain complex academic pathways in simple terms
  

• Empathetic yet persuasive communication style
  

• Target-driven, consistent, and confident
  

• Freshers welcome if communication is strong
  

• Strong calling + follow-up ability is essential
