Career Counselor

As a Career Counselor based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, flying schools, parents, and other stakeholders in the aviation sector. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting regular initial sales pitches, making calls to promote services, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The compensation for this position ranges from 25000 to 40000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
