Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students and individuals seeking to further their careers. They will help clients develop career management skills, explore career development opportunities, and manage career transitions. The Career Counselor will conduct individual and group counseling sessions, offer advice on educational and career options, and assist clients in developing and achieving their career goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the education or immigration sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
