Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, and interviewing candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and providing feedback to both clients and candidates. The Recruitment Consultant will also assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring all recruitment activities align with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Graduate Recruitment and Consulting
• Experience in Interviewing candidates and Recruiting processes
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment consultancy is a plus
