Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, assisting them in career development and management, conducting student counseling sessions, and helping them with career planning. Daily tasks include assessing students' abilities and interests, developing individualized career plans, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of job market trends.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills
• Career Development and Career Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to assess students' abilities and interests
• Knowledge of job market trends and career planning
• Experience in educational or career advisory roles is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
