Admission Counsellor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide prospective students through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement: Communicate with prospective students and their families to provide information about our programs, admissions process, and campus life.
• Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, including the submission of required documents and forms.
• Admissions Interviews: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the qualifications and fit of prospective students.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and their application statuses.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
• Outreach: Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of applicants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in higher education admissions.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
