Job Description: As a part of our team at MAAC CHANDIGARH, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards their career paths in the animation and VFX industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead Handling: You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, making follow-up calls, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. - Walk-In Conversions: Convert leads into walk-ins by providing guidance to students on the best career courses that suit their needs. - Enrollment Process: Handle inquiries, counsel prospective students, and assist them in choosing the right courses for their career growth. - Student Queries: Address all student queries and provide them with career guidance specific to the animation and VFX industry. - Growth Focus: Actively work on increasing enrollment numbers to drive overall growth for the branch. - Reporting: Maintain daily reports by keeping track of lead status, walk-ins, and enrollments. Qualifications: - Graduate from a recognized university. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting professionally with potential students and parents. - Energetic and Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate should be driven to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the branch. - Prior experience in sales or education counseling will be a plus. - Good Sales background.
