Job Title: Career Counselor (Part-Time) –Contract-Based

We are committed to empowering learners with the skills they need to succeed and helping educators expand their impact in the education sector.Job Role:We are seeking experienced Career Counselors (Part-Time) to join our team for a 3-month engagement. The primary responsibility will be converting interested leads into successful enrollments for Rablo’s Bootcamp Program through consistent outreach and calling.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion (Main Responsibility): Convert interested leads into enrolled candidates for Rablo’s Bootcamp Program.Calling & Outreach: Make regular calls to connect with candidates, answer queries, and explain program benefits.Program Promotion: Communicate the value and outcomes of Rablo’s Bootcamp to potential candidates.Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with interested candidates to drive conversions.Relationship Building: Build rapport with candidates to encourage trust and smooth decision-making.Candidate Onboarding: Support new clients in their onboarding and engagement with the Bootcamp.Reporting: Share daily/weekly updates on calling activity, lead status, and conversion progress.Collaboration: Work with Rablo’s internal team to improve outreach and conversion strategies.Desired Skills & Experience:Sales/Conversion Experience: Proven ability in converting leads (minimum 1–2 years preferred).Strong Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive on calls.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and handle objections.Digital Literacy: Familiar with phone outreach, emails, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools.Self-Motivation: Able to manage calling targets independently.Persistence & Follow-Through: Strong ability to chase leads until closure.Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi.What We Offer:Target-based StipendCertificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of tenure.Letter of Recommendation: Based on performance.Full-time opportunity: Applicable for the best performers
