Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction and Enrollment Conversion:

  • Manage calls, inquiries, front office operations, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Follow up on initial inquiries to drive conversions and secure enrollments.
  • Leverage existing networks by engaging with friends and family of current students to generate referrals and new leads.

Internal Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide up-to-date information on enrollment processes and placement statuses.
  • Assist students and parents in selecting suitable programs by addressing their queries and providing tailored guidance.

Event Management:

  • Represent the company at events, engaging with prospective clients and partners to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of events, ensuring that all logistical aspects are managed effectively.

Record-Keeping and Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and enrolled candidates.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all formalities related to candidate enrollment and progression.

Customer Retention and Satisfaction:

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain positive relationships.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the career counseling or education industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
