Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Varanasi. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding high school and undergraduate students through career and college options. Key tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, administering and interpreting psychometric assessments, providing information on various careers, colleges, exams, and scholarships, and creating personalized action plans for students. The counselor will also organize workshops and seminars to aid in career planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in career counseling, college guidance, and conducting counseling sessions
• Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools and interpretation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create and execute personalized action plans for students
• Organizational skills for managing workshops and seminars
• Familiarity with educational content on careers, colleges, exams, and scholarships
• Empathy and passion for helping students achieve their career goals
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
