Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor who can conduct seminars in schools, guide students in selecting suitable courses, and handle admissions. Candidates with prior experience in colleges, coaching institutes, or education consultancies are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct career counselling seminars and presentations in schools & colleges.

Counsel students and parents regarding career goals, courses, and admission pathways.

Convert enquiries into successful student admissions through effective counselling.

Collaborate and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, and education partners.

Conduct follow-ups, manage leads, and maintain student data records.

Work towards achieving monthly admission & conversion targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline) – Mandatory

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in:

Academic Counselling

Education Consultancy / College Admissions / Student Guidance

Must have experience in public speaking and conducting seminars.

Strong convincing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in English & Hindi (Bengali/Nepali is a plus).

Confident speaker with good presentation and engagement skills.

Ability to understand student needs and guide them accordingly.

Target-oriented with good follow-up and coordination abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / Lead Sheets).
