Role Overview: You will be working as a Counsellor in the field of Overseas Education/Student Counselling. Your role will involve engaging with prospective students for higher education in the UK through outbound calls, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving monthly conversion targets. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel and guide prospective students for higher education in the UK through 120-150 outbound calls per day. - Maintain a conversion rate of at least 25%, ensuring a strong follow-up mechanism and timely closures. - Provide personalized counselling to students, helping them choose the best-fit universities and courses based on their profiles and preferences. - Stay up-to-date with the latest university application processes and scholarship opportunities. - Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets aligned with business goals. - Maintain comprehensive case notes and track all leads and conversions via CRM tools. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance student experience and optimize counselling effectiveness. - Share best practices with junior counsellors and contribute to team training efforts if required. Qualification Required: - 1+ years of experience specifically in counselling students for Study Abroad. - Strong knowledge of the Abroad Higher Education system, application timelines, and admission criteria across a broad range of institutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding student conversion targets in a performance-driven environment. - Comfortable managing a high volume of student engagements daily in a structured, efficient, and professional manner. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.). - Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a student-first approach.,
