Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Noida. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance to students, assisting with career planning, and supporting career development initiatives. Daily tasks include conducting personalized counseling sessions, developing career plans, and helping students navigate career opportunities. The counselor will also offer expert advice on academic choices and job placements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing personalized advice
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in counseling or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field
