Responsibilities:

? Conduct regular one-on-one learner connect sessions to assess their career goals, aspirations,

and challenges.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, fostering trust and open communication.

? Collaborate with learners to establish clear, actionable career objectives.

? Recommend relevant certifications, technical skills, and upskilling opportunities based on

individual aspirations and market needs.

? Provide tailored guidance on job searching, networking strategies, and interview preparation.

? Support learners in overcoming obstacles and staying motivated throughout their career journey.

? Leverage data insights to track learner progress and identify areas for improvement.

? Assist learners in developing both technical and soft skills to meet industry demands.

? Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the respective domain.

? Share market insights, job opportunities, and growth areas with learners.

? Maintain detailed records of learner interactions, progress, and outcomes.

? Prepare and present analytical reports to highlight learner success stories and areas of focus.

Desired Profile:

? Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, IT), Master's

preferred.

? 0.6- 1 year of manual outbound calling experience.

? Being a Cyber-Security enthusiast is a plus.

? Proven track record in business development or career counselling roles.

? Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.

? Empathy and a learner-centric approach to mentorship.

? Familiarity with career development resources and tools.
