Key Responsibilities:

✅ Connect with prospective students via inbound leads and outbound calls (leads provided).

✅ Understand student needs and recommend tailored education plans.

✅ Explain programs and services clearly and confidently.

✅ Conduct online demos and counselling sessions.

✅ Build strong rapport using excellent communication and listening skills.

✅ Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

✅ Share weekly performance updates with management.

✅ Nurture client relationships for long-term satisfaction and referrals.

✅ Stay updated through regular training sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1–5 years of experience in admission counselling or outbound sales (education industry preferred).

✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

✔ Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

✔ Confident, empathetic, and a great listener.

✔ Goal-driven, adaptable, and accountable.

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
