Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor at Career Roadmap. The position is based in South Delhi. The Career Counselor will provide personalized counseling to students and professionals, support career development and guide clients in managing their career pathways. Apart from counseling, job needs to handle social media, marketing, and doing research and documentation. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing individual needs, delivering tailored recommendations, and assisting with educational and career-related decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management Experience or Fresher in Student Counseling and the ability to guide academic and career choices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to establish rapport and provide clear guidance Ability to create customized career strategies for diverse client Relevant certifications in Career Counseling Handling Marketing and Social Media Capable of maintaining confidentiality and a professional approach Proficiency in Research and Documentation Experience in using assessment tools or techniques will be an added advantage
