Career Counselor

Key responsibilities

• Student assessment and guidance:
• Conduct comprehensive career assessments to evaluate students' skills, interests, and goals.
• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling on educational and career opportunities.
• Assist with academic planning, including course selection and registration.
• Planning and development:
• Develop personalized educational plans and long-term career plans for students.
• Help students set educational goals and make informed decisions about their future.
• Collaboration and outreach:
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student progress.
• Conduct workshops and informational sessions for students and parents on educational and career topics.
• Stay informed about current educational programs, scholarships, industry trends, and labor market needs.
• Record keeping and support:
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Respond to student needs and act as a point of contact for academic and personal concerns.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Empathy, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in career counseling or a related field is beneficial.
• Only Female candidates are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
