Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a patient-first mindset and a talent for building long-lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where their efforts directly impact patient access to life-changing products and services. This role requires 2-7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality care to patients during hospitalization and post-discharge, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Educate patients about life with an Ostomy, Coloplast's Ostomy Care portfolio, and support them in choosing the best appliances and accessories.
Ensure new patient discharge on CP products and value optimization, promoting efficient resource use.
Introduce patients to Coloplast CARE and support registration by ensuring daily updates on SFDC.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs to increase patient pool and business volumes in key accounts.
Support the Territory Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and communication programs to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization.

Job Requirements

Demonstrate drive and ambition to grow both personally and professionally with a positive and "can-do" attitude.
Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with effective time and territory management abilities.
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating administrative capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of productive cross-functional relationships.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare needs, particularly those related to intimate healthcare issues.
A Diploma or degree in Nursing is required.
Knowledge of Stoma management is preferred.
