Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for guests post their initial interaction with the platform.
  • Build and maintain trusting, long-term relationships with guests by offering consistent support and communication.
  • Coordinate with guests to help them schedule follow-up sessions and manage rescheduling or cancellations smoothly.
  • Ensure guests have a seamless experience on the platform — from logging in to accessing sessions.
  • Track guest progress and check in periodically to ensure their wellness needs are being met.
  • Collaborate with mental wellness consultants and internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Handle queries or concerns with empathy, discretion, and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback in CRM systems , Share insights or feedback from guests with the product and operations teams to improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong empathy, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in client servicing, relationship management, or healthcare/wellness support preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
