Job Description

As a Car Sales Consultant, your main role will involve assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that align with their preferences and needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, negotiating sales deals, and ensuring compliance with documentation and company policies. Your proficiency in driving will be crucial for demonstrating vehicle capabilities during test drives and maintaining vehicle safety. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options. - Present and explain the features, specifications, and benefits of various vehicles. - Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle capabilities and performance. - Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales deals. - Stay updated with the latest models, features, and industry trends. - Provide accurate information about warranties, services, and maintenance plans. - Confidently demonstrate vehicles during customer test drives. - Ensure the safety and proper handling of vehicles at all times. - Prepare and process sales agreements and other required paperwork. - Adhere to company policies and regulations during sales activities. - Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and customer satisfaction. - Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong knowledge of vehicles and automotive features. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM software for managing sales processes. - Multilingual skills for diverse customer interactions.
