Job Locations- Benglore, Manglore,& Hubli The City Head will be responsible for leading and managing the team of BBM and Car loan business operations within a specific city or region. The Primary focus will be on driving Sales, expanding market presence,building strong customers relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive car loans sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned city or region Identify markets opportunities,Customer segments,and product niches to capitalize on and enhance Competitive advantage Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to generate new leads, acquire customers and expand the Car portfolio Address Customer inquiries, Concerns and escalations promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Education and Work Experience Requirements: Bachelors Degree in banking , Insurance or financial services with more than 5 years experience in car loans.
