Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain, located in Chennai. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing and managing restaurant operations to ensure the highest quality of service. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing reservations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The Captain will also handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues promptly
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Relevant experience in the food industry is a plus
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred
