Capex Manager

Role Overview: As a CAPEX Manager, you will be responsible for leading capital expenditure planning and execution. Your role will involve managing budgets, financial forecasting, monitoring projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the annual CAPEX budget in collaboration with finance and department heads. - Track and report CAPEX spending versus budget, highlighting any variances. - Ensure proper accounting and classification of CAPEX according to IFRS/GAAP standards. - Oversee ongoing CAPEX projects, including vendor management and procurement coordination. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the board. - Provide support for month-end, year-end closing, and audit processes related to capital projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred). Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CAPEX management, FP&A, or project accounting. - Strong knowledge of capital budgeting and financial modeling. - Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP (or similar ERP system). - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. - Experience in manufacturing, construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.,
