Job Description

Estimation of project cost.
Execution/Implementation schedule.
Estimation of Funds flow.
Coordination with consultants and operations team for the preparation of plant layouts.
Detailed discussions with civil engineer /consultant in the preparation of adequate construction designs, to optimise the project cost.
Getting the project approved by the Capex committee.
Organising for all the preliminary works like bore well, construction power and temporary accommodation for mobilising the construction workers etc.
Monitoring the work on a day to day basis wrt the prescribed schedule.
Studying the drawings, sorting out the queries/ requirements to the site team in the weekly site meeting and ensuring the continuous workflow.
Submission of weekly progress report to the Management.
Technical & Commercial Negotiations, Evaluation & Finalising the contracts of civil works, PEB, Electricals etc. with stipulated terms & conditions.
Handling the total Procurement of all the materials, Plant & Machinery.
Forwarding the invoices to accounts.
Planning of Payments wrt the funds flow.
Reconciliation
Handover of projects to Operations.
