Canteen Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

✅ Supervise and coordinate daily canteen operations.

✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and waste management practices.

✅ Manage kitchen staff, helpers, and vendors effectively.

✅ Oversee stock, inventory, and timely procurement of supplies.

✅ Address concerns of residents/customers and resolve issues promptly.

✅ Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth service at all times.

✅Monitor food quality, service standards, and cost control.

Requirements

✅Degree/Diploma in Canteen/Hotel Management or related field.

✅ Prior experience in canteen/food service or hospitality management is mandatory.

✅ Strong ability to manage staff and handle operational challenges.

✅ Must be willing to reside full-time on the premises.

✅ Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and waste management best practices.
