Canteen Coordinator/Supervisor

As a Canteen Coordinator/Supervisor at our company in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our in-house canteen. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, maintain quality standards, and provide cost-effective and hygienic services to our residents. It is important to note that this position requires you to stay on the premises for effective supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily canteen operations to ensure efficiency. - Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and waste management practices. - Effectively manage kitchen staff, helpers, and vendors. - Oversee stock, inventory, and ensure timely procurement of supplies. - Address and resolve concerns of residents/customers promptly. - Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and ensure smooth service delivery at all times. - Monitor food quality, service standards, and implement cost control measures. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Canteen/Hotel Management or a related field. - Mandatory prior experience in canteen/food service or hospitality management. - Strong ability to manage staff and handle operational challenges. - Willingness to reside full-time on the premises. - Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and waste management best practices. - Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
