Candidate Success Executive

Role Overview:

The Candidate Success Executive (CSE) is responsible for supporting learners throughout the placement journey from pre-placement readiness to final hiring. The role involves coordinating with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of interviews, training sessions, and placement activities, while maintaining accurate records, addressing queries, and providing a positive experience for learners.  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and guide candidates through various stages of the placement process.
2. Shortlist suitable candidates for job opportunities based on the JD and share them with the Hiring team for further process.
3. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of interviews, training sessions, and overall placement activities.
4. Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates regarding placement progress.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reports.
6. Address candidate queries promptly and ensure smooth resolution.

Handle escalations with professionalism, providing solution-oriented guidance and convincing candidates when needed.  

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably HR, Management, or related).
2. 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, placement support, or candidate coordination.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach.
5. Basic proficiency in CRM systems and job portals.
6. Ability to handle escalations professionally and provide solution-oriented guidance.
7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Go-getter attitude, team player, and ownership-driven mindset to manage end-to-end processes.
9. Ability to work closely with internal teams and take full responsibility for the complete placement process.
