1. Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) for candidates across different levels within the Strategy & Consulting domain.
2. Act as a liaison between recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate communication.
3. Maintain recruitment trackers, calendars, and scheduling tools to support a streamlined process.
4. Manage last-minute changes and rescheduling with professionalism and urgency.
5. Provide logistical support, including calendar invitations, interview links, room bookings, and interviewer availability.
6. Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to support a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
7. Ensure compliance with internal scheduling guidelines and confidentiality policies.
8. Support continuous improvement by identifying scheduling inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
1. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in scheduling tools and platforms (e.g., Outlook, MS Teams, Workday or equivalent ATS).
4. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Previous experience in recruitment coordination or scheduling
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
