Required Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, minimum 10 years experience in contract staffing & delivery management.

• Should have managed a team of at least 15 members and consistently onboarded a minimum of 40+ joiners per month

• Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle and vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery for contract staffing across multiple clients and domains.
• Oversee a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements with high-quality candidates.
• Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand project needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning.
• Ensure effective sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, and internal databases.
• Monitor and drive daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, ensuring SLA and TAT compliance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide mentoring, and enhance the teams productivity and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition trends.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for contractual employees.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in recruitment delivery.
