Role Overview: As a Canada IT Recruiter based in Vadodara, your primary responsibility will be managing the full-life cycle recruiting process for the company. This includes tasks such as sourcing potential candidates, conducting screenings, and making hiring decisions. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, ensuring a seamless recruiting process, and delivering a positive candidate experience will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct full-life cycle recruiting activities - Source potential candidates through various channels - Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements - Ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and recruiting skills - Previous experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work independently - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Experience working in a team and fast-paced environment - Knowledge of the Canadian job market is advantageous - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field is preferred Role Overview: As a Canada IT Recruiter based in Vadodara, your primary responsibility will be managing the full-life cycle recruiting process for the company.
